Envision a good day

Create a vision board to picture a space filled with good vibes—your sanctuary that brings you joy and peace.

Hear others’ thoughts

Connect with your fellow Nourishing Minders in ways that are new and fun with drawings, paintings, or playlists. Connecting with others helps our mental health flourish, like a flower in full bloom.

Use alot of stickies

Our brain holds a lot of ideas. Take them out so you can see what they are, and share them with others to create a space that is good for your mental health.

Shift your mood

Design a ‘Dopa Menu’ to lift your mood and tackle overwhelming moments. Fill it with activities that bring you joy and support your well-being.
